These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cleaning services provided by Prime Crown Cleaning ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Prime Crown Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Regular home cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Customized cleaning solutions
Specific services will be agreed upon during the booking process and outlined in your service quote.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.
- We will confirm your booking and provide an estimated arrival time.
- While we strive to honor scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- You must provide accurate property information and access details at the time of booking.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Final pricing may vary from estimates if property conditions differ significantly from those described.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and electronic payments.
- Late payment may result in suspension of future services and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- Recurring service cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning.
- Inform us of any hazardous materials, fragile items, or special requirements.
- Secure or remove valuable items before our arrival.
- Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning service.
- Provide functioning utilities (water, electricity) necessary for cleaning.
7. Our Responsibilities
- Provide trained, vetted, and insured cleaning staff.
- Bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise agreed).
- Perform services with reasonable care and skill.
- Respect your property and privacy at all times.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible.
8. Liability and Insurance
- We carry public liability insurance to cover damage or loss caused by our negligence.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or £500, whichever is lower.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.
10. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding your property, personal information, and any sensitive information we encounter during our services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate recurring service arrangements with 7 days written notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with clients who:
- Are abusive or disrespectful to our staff
- Repeatedly fail to provide access to the property
- Have outstanding payment obligations
- Provide unsafe working conditions
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
